Liberty Swing Installation

Our new Liberty Swing from Variety Club with installation costs funded by SEWS association is almost complete. It will not be long before our students feel the freedom and movement as they soar through the air. The swing allows for students who use wheelchairs as their main form of mobility the exhilaration of swinging.  It is also fitted with a belted seat to be inclusive of all. SEWS will be training all staff in safe use of the swing and completing a safety policy and procedure. We will then release the ramp and the joy will begin!  SEWS looks forward to formally opening our new ‘Liberty Swing’ with our community which will be a great way to honour the wonderful work of Variety Club, the
generosity of the sponsors who supported the swing being donated to our school and our very own association for their kindness in funding the installation.

Getting ready to soar!
